Are your products really made of genuine leather?<\/summary>\n

Yes. All our products are made from full grain cowhide and are cut and stitched by hand in our Jerash workshop.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n

Why might my piece look slightly different from the photo?<\/summary>\n

Genuine leather is not a uniform synthetic material. Slight variations in tone, texture, grain and natural markings are normal, and colors may look a little different due to lighting or screen settings. These variations are part of each piece\u2019s beauty and are not defects.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n

Can I choose the color or personalize my piece?<\/summary>\n

Yes. Our products come in several colors and can be personalized on request. Message us on WhatsApp before ordering so we can agree on the details. Custom orders may need extra preparation time, which we confirm with you in advance.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n

How long does it take to prepare my order?<\/summary>\n

Orders usually take 5\u20137 working days to prepare, because everything is made by hand and there may be orders ahead of yours.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n

How long does delivery take?<\/summary>\n

Within Jordan: 1 day for the north and central regions and 2 days for the south; some villages may take more than 3 days. Internationally: 5\u20138 days by express or 15\u201325 days by standard shipping.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n

Do you ship outside Jordan?<\/summary>\n

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n

Contact us before placing your order or as soon as possible. We\u2019ll do our best to speed up preparation or shipping depending on product availability. A specific date is only guaranteed once we confirm it, and extra fees may apply in some cases.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n

Because our products are handmade, we only accept returns if an item arrives defective or different from what you ordered. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos \u2013 in that case, we cover the shipping costs.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n

What does the warranty cover?<\/summary>\n

Our products carry a 20-year warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n

How do I care for my leather item?<\/summary>\n

Keep it away from water and direct heat, and wipe it with a soft, dry cloth when needed. With use, the leather will develop a natural patina that makes it even more beautiful.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n

Can I visit the workshop?<\/summary>\n
