Customer Responsibilities<\/h2>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Provide accurate and complete information, especially your name, phone number and delivery address.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Keep your account details confidential, if you have an account.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Do not use the website for any unlawful purpose.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Check product specifications (size, color and options) before completing your order.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Products and Specifications<\/h2>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All our products are handmade from full grain cowhide.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Slight variations in color, texture and natural leather markings may occur from piece to piece.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Photos represent the product; minor color differences may appear due to lighting or screen settings.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Available sizes, colors and options are shown on each product page.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Orders<\/h2>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We may contact you to confirm certain order details before preparation begins, and we may decline or cancel any order if the information provided is incorrect or we are unable to reach you.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Prices<\/h2>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All prices are in Jordanian Dinars and include sales tax. Prices may change in the future, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Payment<\/h2>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We accept cash on delivery, CliQ and e-wallets. Cancellations, Returns and Exchanges<\/h2>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Our products, especially custom-made items, cannot be returned unless defective or not as ordered, in line with our <a href=\"\/en\/refund_returns\/\">Returns &amp; Refunds Policy<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Gerasa covers shipping costs for exchanges or returns when the fault is ours.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Handmade Products<\/h2>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Genuine leather is not a uniform synthetic material, so natural variations in tone, texture, grain and markings are not considered defects.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Warranty<\/h2>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our products carry a 20-year warranty against manufacturing defects; damage caused by misuse is not covered.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Intellectual Property<\/h2>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All website content \u2013 including product photos, the store name and logo, text and designs \u2013 belongs to Gerasa Handmade Leather and may not be used or copied without prior written permission.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10.
