We use full grain cowhide, which may naturally vary in tone, texture, grain, markings and shade, and handmade pieces may differ slightly from one another. Once we receive and inspect the returned item and confirm it meets the conditions, we will process your refund using the original payment method or another available method. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.<\/p>\n\n\n
If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item, Gerasa covers all shipping costs for the return and replacement.<\/p>\n\n\n
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation. After that, work on your piece has begun and the order can no longer be cancelled.<\/p>\n\n\n
